Alexander Schuh works as an interim global fleet manager. Through his firm moviqon – Alexander Schuh GmbH in Friedrichsdorf, Germany, he steps into companies and runs their fleet function from the inside – taking responsibility for policies across countries, procurement and leasing decisions, cost and emissions data, supplier relationships and electrification pathways for mixed fleets. He sits on the same side of the table as the fleet managers in the room: same budget pressure, same headcount, same gap between global standards and what is actually possible in each market. He is a certified fleet and sustainability manager and an active member of the Global Fleet Managers Club.
