Throughout his career at 3M and later at Solventum, he has driven initiatives focused on operational efficiency, cost optimization, and sustainable mobility. In 2025, he was recognized with the Sustainability Fleet Manager Award for his contributions to advancing sustainable fleet practices. Yoqtán is also an active advocate for equity and inclusion, supporting initiatives that foster a diverse and inclusive workplace.
