Ricardo Capello de Souza is Fleet & Mobility Manager at Petrobras, with more than 15 years of experience in safety, logistics, supply chain, fleet management, and corporate mobility. He is responsible for Petrobras' mobility operation across Latin America, managing a fleet of approximately 2,700 vehicles and supporting an operation involving more than 14,000 drivers. Ricardo holds degrees in Engineering and Business Administration from UFF, an MBA in Supply Chain Management from FGV, and an MBA in Fleet Management from Instituto PARAR. He serves on the Board of the Fleet and Mobility Managers Committee (CGFM-SP) and is a member of the Global Fleet Managers Council (GFMC) and the Fleet & Mobility Management Council (FMMC). In 2025, he was recognized as Fleet Manager of the Year by AIAFA.
